We had the service for Grandpa and Nana late last week, and company left to go home at the beginning of this one. Things are finally back to normal. From all the eating, drinking, and not exercising I did, I gained about 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Not that I'm worried about it - it just proved yet again to me that I have to exercise and eat right, or I'll gain weight.
I've cut out all alcohol, and I'm back on track. I had a pile of GNLD stuff delivered yesterday (wholesome organic supplements and shakes, and vitamins) from my in-laws, and I started exercising again today too. I'm going to take a shower, and fill out some job applications. I hope you are all doing well. Please keep in touch!! I would love to hear from everyone. Current Mood: motivated

note to self: just because the kashi crackers are somewhat not bad for you does NOT mean you can eat the whole box....
so how is everyone's week going? i'm doing pretty well, had a minor meltdown on thursday that led to me drinking not one but TWO glasses of full-on sugar and calorie laden soda - but i've worked out 4 out of 6 days so far, with plans to go back again tomorrow!
